Super Adventure is a platformer that's very similar to Super Mario Bros, but instead of the legendary Italian plumber created by Nintendo, you play a miner who suspiciously looks a lot like the aforementioned plumber. The level design is very similar to the Nintendo game, with some parts having been practically copied and entire phases looking way too familiar. The same happens with the enemies, with all of them being practically identical to those seen in the Super Mario Bros saga. Not a hint of originality here either. Super Adventure is very long, with various different worlds that make up several dozen levels. Some of the levels, especially the first ones, barely test the player, while the more advanced ones can prove extremely difficult. But at least the controls are very precise. Super Adventure is an entertaining platformer with decent graphics. It certainly isn't an original title – actually, it couldn't be less original if it tried – but at least it's moderately fun.
