Dictator: Outbreak is a strategy game in which players take on the role of dictator of an emerging republic, having to deal with the different factions of society and try to, as much as possible, keep them all happy. All of the action on Dictator: Outbreak happens on two different menus. On the first one you can see how many months you've been in power, how much money you have in your treasury, and what the general state of the game’s three factions is, these being the oligarchs, the people, and the police. On every turn (every turn represents a month) you hold an audience with the representatives of one of the factions, and it is in these audiences where you will have to take important decisions. Making decisions is the central part of Dictator: Outbreak. Every time you meet one of the social groups of your Republic a different problem will be presented, together with two possible solutions: the first one will benefit one, and the second one may quite possibly upset the other two. For example, allowing students free access to cultural venues may earn you points among the masses of people, but will not be liked by the oligarchs. Dictator: Outbreak is a strategy game with a very simple gameplay (you basically only have to take decisions), and great graphics which puts you in a situation that is not very common to see in Android games.
